Tough swim today. Had a lot of difficult sets with short rest. Pull sets are getting better but I still have some improvements. Kicking sets today had me going so hard I had to stop and stand up halfway through them so I wouldn't throw up. Now THAT is max effort!
I got out of the pool feeling really worn out and my shoulders were killing me. Good effort today and it's starting to become more habit to put max effort for what I'm supposed to be doing even early in my workout and not try to "hold back" anything with a silly fear of tanking at end. Still hasn't happned.
