Glad to be clear of my headcold. I had a field trip today so I kept it a bit shorter. Met with Kim at 0430 and we just did some shorter to medium sets with some mixed strokes in. I honestly don't remember everything we did. We just kind of got done with a set then made something up, then something different until we hit 3000.
Easy "fun" day I guess.
95% of the workouts I do are made up either on my way to the pool, or during my warm-up. I have a handful of workouts that I usually default to if I can't think of anything else.
