Overslept my alarm by an hour.
Did not sleep well so my energy was not there today.

500 I checked the time and got 7:22 - wasn't even pushing myself AT ALL
5 x 100 with snorkel
500 with snorkel
4 x 125 IM 50 fly then 25 rest. Move the 50 to next stroke etc
500 easy
