4 x 50kick then 200 swim then 50 breast then 200 swim
1000 swim
2 x 500 pulls

I'm going to start doing more pull work toward the back of my workouts to simulte my arms being tired at the end of a long swim that I need to just push through anyway while keeping form. 
Does this sound logical??
