I've been sick the past few days and breathing has been difficult so swimming has been out.  I've been resting a lot but felt good enough last night I knew I could go today....but take it easy.

500 WU - no time
5 x 100 on the 2:00 (back, free, breast, free)
10 x 50 on the :60 keeping under :45 for each 50 

1500 SCY total
