Hit the pool today and I just wanted to put some yards in.  I'll worry about speed and perfect technique etc etc later.  I just need yards.  I did a 500 warmup then just kept doing 500's.  I mixed in some breast here and there.  When I got to 1500, I decided to do one more 500.  2000 was good for today considering I don't feel that great today for some reason.  I hit the wall at 40 laps but after 1 second, I made myself turn around and do more.  Just keep going!!!  I did another 500 for a total of 2500.  I was not as tired as I expected and I'm hoping this trend of more yards per swim continues.
