een busy lately and lazy other mornings but had no excuses to not swim today.

3(2 x 50 K then 200 IM)
12 x 75  First 4 on 1:30 next 4 on 1:25 then last 4 on 1:20  SLOW times I know!
easy 50's and 100's to get to 2500.

Felt really good today actually and glad I went.  Curious how I'll do with full day of work then climbing gym after work.  Haven't done this kind of busy workout day in awhile.
